von Nord (0°) über Ost (90°), Süd (180°) und West
(270°) zurück nach Nord (360°). Die Rose ist in der Regel
auch in 32 Punkte von 11 1/4 Grad unterteilt. Nord, Ost,
Süd und West werden auch Hauptstriche
genannt. Die dazwischen liegenden Striche bezeichnet man als Nebenstriche. Windrose: eine ebensolche Darstellung der Windrichtungen mit Gradunterteilung, auch zur Richtungsbestimmung auf Karten abgedruckt; |
