Rohölbestandteile, die auch in
der Vakuumdestillation nicht verdampfbar (nicht destillierbar) sind. Das
ist das Bodenprodukt der Vakuumdestillation bei Verarbeitung von naphthen-
oder gemischtbasischen Rohölen. Bitumen findet u.a. Verwendung für
Isolierungen (Korrosionsschutz) und im Tiefbau (Asphalt). |
